The router was configured with its network settings, customizing the WiFi name (SSID) and password according to the customer’s preference to ensure secure and personalized access to the Starlink network.
After completing the setup, the customer was given a walkthrough on how to use the Starlink app for basic management of the Starlink network, checking connectivity status and managing device settings.
After completing the installation, the team performed an alignment test using the Starlink app to ensure the dish was properly aligned to the satellite network. It is esential for maximum signal strength and unobstructed view of the sky.
Next, the team conducted a Starlink speed tests using the Starlink app. As shown in the image, the test measured key metrics including download speed, upload speed and latency. This confirms that the connection was active and performing progressively.
