Our Starlink installation team arrived on site and took inventory of the Starlink equipment.

They performed the Starlink Obstructions Test using the Starlink app. This crucial step identifies the optimal location for the Starlink dish by evaluating the surrounding area for potential obstructions, such as trees, buildings, or other structures that could interfere with the line of sight to the Starlink satellite network. The test results yielded a rating of ” Good Experience, ” confirming that the selected location is the best installation spot for the Starlink dish.

Starlink Flat High Performance comes with a Wedge Mount Kit that includes screws, bolts, washers, nuts, and sealant. They installed the wedge mount for the flat high-performance dish and then the custom non-penetrating roof mount reinforced with cinder blocks for added stability. This mounting solution eliminates the need for drilling, preserving the roof’s integrity.

Next, the Cable Routing Kit was used to securely route the Starlink Cable from the outdoor dish to the indoor MD to connect to the existing network.

Next, our team performed the Starlink Alignment Test, an essential step to ensure the dish was positioned accurately for optimal satellite connectivity. Utilizing the advanced tools within the Starlink app, we fine-tuned the dish’s orientation to guarantee it was aimed in the best direction for capturing the strongest possible signal.

We walked the customer through the key features of the Starlink app, highlighting tools for managing and optimizing their network. The app includes real-time speed tests to monitor performance and offers quick options to refresh or reset the network, addressing any connectivity issues. With its built-in troubleshooting and optimization features, the app empowers users to maintain and enhance their internet experience.

Finally, after completing the installation, our team conducted basic and advanced Starlink Speed Tests to confirm the connectivity performance.
